
Damaged Shipments
All shipments must be thoroughly inspected at time of delivery before signing for the product. The driver is required to wait while you inspect the product. All packaging must be saved in good order until the issue is resolved. Contact our customer service department at 1-888-688-1564 to determine whether an inspection by the freight carrier is required.
*Visible Damage
If upon receipt of your package you see visible damage, or suspect concealed damage, you must carefully unpack and inspect the product before signing the bill of lading. If you determine the product is damaged, please reject the shipment. If you find the item to be in satisfactory condition, you should accept the item and make note of the visible damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department at 1-888-688-1564 and tell us what happened.
*Concealed Damage
If your item has concealed damage and you did not make a note on the bill of lading, you MUST contact our customer service department at 1-888-688-1564 within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Your replacement will be shipped as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) for shipments that have been refused by the buyer. Shipments that have been accepted, but have concealed damage will take longer. These shipments may require an inspection by the freight company. Replacements for these shipments will be made after the inspection has been accepted by the freight company.
Final Sale
All products that are marked "Final Sale" are not returnable if original packaging is opened. If unit is recieved defective, the manufacturer will honor its warranty and fix the unit or send you a replacement.
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt for the exception of products marked "Final Sale", these products are packed with special packaging which cannot be returned. You may request a replacement item or a refund for all products except if marked as "Final Sale". These items are not returnable. To qualify for a return, please follow these guidelines:
* The product must be in new, unused condition.
* Item must be in all original packing. (manuals, wires, etc.)
* Warranty cards must not be filled out and returned with all manuals.
* You must request a return authorization number from our customer service department.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPPING
All returns are subject to a restocking fee and all freight charges are non-refundable. In addition to this fee, a pro-rated charge(up to 100%) will be assessed for items that are returned incomplete or with non-resalable parts.
RESTOCKING FEE
- Under $500.00 = 20% restocking fee
- $501.00 - $1000.00 = 30% restocking fee
- over $1000.00 = 40% restocking fee
The Following Products Are Not Returnable:
- All Air Conditioners
- Sharp Microwaves
- Panasonic Microwaves
- other products are subject to change without notice
If the unit is defective, please contact the manufacturer. Every Air Conditioner, Sharp Microwave, and Panasonic Microwave is covered with a full manufacturers warranty. The manufacturer will take responsibility for any defective unit and will either service or replace the unit for you.

You must call customer service to get a RA (Return Authorization) number. Once you have received your RA number, you may return the product. We will not accept any units back without this RA number. The warehouse address will be given to you when you receive the RA number. Although we may help you arrange for the return shipment, it is your responsibility for all charges. To assure the safe return of your package, you must package the item properly for the return trip. Our customer service department will help you with this. It is also important that you insure the shipment.
Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the product. As long as the item meets the above requirements, we will process your return. If the item does not meet the above requirements, we will contact you.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time provided the order has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped and the shipment is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the return shipping charges plus a restocking fee. Cancellation of "Special Orders" are subject to a 10% restocking fee. |
